In response to requests from clients I now offer remote access IT support for small business windows based computers.
So if you're having problems with your email, software or whatever give me a call to arrange a time for the work and have it all sorted without you or your computer ever stepping outside so no travel, extended loss of use of your computer and the disruption that causes.
How it works
You download a small piece of software here and intstall it of your computer. This then generates a code to identify your computer to me and a one time password. You tell me the password, I login to your computer and resolve the problem you're having and when it's done I log out and can't log in again unless you give me a new password.
You can see on your screen what I'm doing and you can log me out yourself at any time so you are in control at all times.
How Much?
Only £40 for the first hour then £10 for each 15 minutes thereafter payable by credit / debit card at the end of the call.
